We are scheduling a critical maintenance on the 1st of Feburary 2024 on the DUO1, DUO2, DUO9, DUO15, DUO22, DUO41, DUO59, DUO60, and DUO65 Deployments, between 15:00 UTC to approximately 21:00 UTC.

During the deployment you may see an error when opening the Account selector at the top right of the Duo Admin Panel.
If you see the error you can still type in the search field to locate the accounts or type __ (two underscores _ ) in the field to see the full list of accounts.

Once the deployment is completed the error message will go away and you can search in the account selector again.

During this time, we expect no impact to authentication when users attempt to log in or issues elsewhere in the Duo Admin Panel.

We will mark the scheduled maintenance as resolved upon completion of the work.
