At 2:00PM EDT on Sunday, March 3, 2019, we will be performing an upgrade on the DUO55 database tier, which will result in an expected service downtime ranging from 1-5 minutes.
This maintenance is being performed to address the root cause of the recent DUO55 service disruptions that occurred on March 1st and March 2nd and prevent recurrence of those failures. We've selected this time window to limit the impact to DUO55 customers.
