All Deployments: Passwordless fallback to MFA during a brief issue

Between 5:06pm ET - 5:13pm ET, there was a brief issue that impacted Passwordless functionality for some users. During this issue, Duo's services fell back to standard MFA, so all users were prompted for traditional MFA successfully. We have fixed this issue and all Passwordless functionality is performing as expected. No other services were impacted at this time.
